Ideal for beginner to intermediate users with a recommended maximum hip thrust training weight of 225-250 pounds/100-115 kgs. Above these training weights, we recommend HIPSARMOUR PRO+ for extra comfort.
HIPSARMOUR dual density barbell pad made of a patented PU (polyurethane) foam combination. Unlike standard foam pads, HIPSARMOUR doesn't wear out or crack, keeping its pressure absorbing properties indefinitely and maximizing comfort. HIPSARMOUR also encourages user to perform the movement with optimal form, minimizing pelvis rotation and barbell displacement, making hip thrust more efficient and effective.
